For a while now, Baldur’s Gate 3 has been in early access on Microsoft Windows PC. The official release date of the game is in August. During early access, PC players could explore the realm and see how the game performs on the platform.

Will Baldur’s Gate 3 come to Xbox Series X / S?
Baldur’s Gate 3 will be on Xbox Series X and Series S but not at launch. Larian Studios has stated that the game will be coming to the Xbox consoles but not until all of the technical issues have been worked out.
Specifically, the Xbox version of Baldur’s Gate 3 has run into issues with the split-screen co-op on the Xbox Series S. This has prevented the team behind the game from wanting to release the game on the Xbox until everything is at an acceptable level to ship.
Because of this, there is no known release date for the Xbox Series X/S version of Baldur’s Gate 3 but it is still coming. At least you can rest assured that the issue is not due to any form of platform exclusivity.
When the Xbox version of Baldur’s Gate 3 is ready, the developer will make an announcement about it and officially announce the port. However, the amount of time needed to fix the issues is unknown so it could be a long time before Baldur’s Gate 3 finds its way to any Xbox console.
